What is True Moderation?

Regardless of the subject matter, or the breadth of impact, opposing opinions influence the decisions that exist all around us. They can be found between individuals such as employees and managers, or between experts, professionals and the general public. They can exist between a federal government and the organizations, industries and people who give life to a nation. Opposing opinions can inform, as well as cloud, choices among new versus old solutions to modern day challenges.

True moderation is about making an authentic effort to effectively navigate the information and opinions that surround decisions.

Why does True Moderation matter?

The best decisions are made when holistic and genuinely objective approaches based on evidence are used to manage opposing opinions. In other words, taking approaches that focus on the elimination of assumptions. This company was founded on the operational integrity, organizational success, innovation and positive employee and public relations that come from the elimination of assumptions in our work. Throughout my career, I've observed that the strongest leaders, the best outcomes, and the most effective strategies come from a place of respect and objectivity. This is the basis of my leadership style and the services my company provides. I pose direct yet genuine questions, root out bias and prejudice in decision making, state assumptions whenever necessary, and embrace accountability. I have never found an organization, within any sector, that was unable to operate successfully by positively focussing on people and adopting performance metrics that link to meaningful results. My company is about combining empathy, rationality and objectivity in the resolution of a wide variety of problems, the management of change, and planning for the future on a local, national or international level. My goal is the build and expand services based on a foundation of talented people who understand and have the capacity to work in this way.
